Yes! We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you’re not satisfied, return the device in good condition within 30 days for a full refund.

If you choose the monthly plan, a $100 refundable deposit is charged when you sign up. It’s refunded if:

• You return the device in good condition within 12 months
• Or, after 12 months of continuous subscription

If you choose the yearly plan, there’s no deposit required.

• Keep the device after 12 months? You own it — and automatically get your $100 deposit back.
• Return the device before 12 months? You get your $100 deposit refunded, as long as it’s in good condition.
• Return the device after 12 months? You already own it and your deposit’s been refunded — but send it back in good condition and we’ll give you $75 extra as a thank-you bonus.

• With the yearly plan, you own the device immediately.
• With the monthly plan, you own it after 12 consecutive months.

Yes — when you subscribe with the yearly plan, you get a brand-new, customizable device (color, personalization options, etc. if applicable). Monthly subscribers may receive a gently used or refurbished device.

Yes! Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Yearly plans are prepaid and non-refundable after the 30-day trial.
